What’s new in EPPWR
The application grows from the questions we receive. Below is everything that has been released, what is being developed now and what we have planned — with timelines where we can provide them honestly.
FULL LIST
Switch the view to see only the selected stage.
-
Technical drawing as a declaration attachment
Optional attachment to an issued document — packaging design and statement in one file, assigned to a specific version.
-
Consolidated declaration
One document for multiple packaging items instead of a separate file for each one.
-
Supplementary declarations for suppliers
A ready-made form with specific fields instead of an email asking for “something about compliance”. The supplier completes it in the browser, without creating an account.
-
Gaps ranked by mass share
Unlabelled cardboard accounting for eighty per cent of the packaging is a different issue from unlabelled adhesive. The list shows this clearly.
-
Background supplier reminders
An unanswered request sends a reminder automatically after a set period, and you receive one consolidated overview instead of having to track each one separately.
-
Declaration version comparison
A side-by-side view of two versions, highlighting which value and document have changed.
-
Shared materials library for entities
The same adhesive from the same supplier entered once, rather than separately for each group company.
-
Notifications of outdated evidence
An alert when a document exceeds the age you set or when a supplier reports a formulation change.
-
Supplier account
A regular supplier, instead of completing a form every time, gets a place to enter material data once and update it when it changes.
-
Import from ERP systems
Packaging records imported directly from the system where they already exist — without an intermediary spreadsheet.
Technical drawing as a declaration attachment
You can now attach a technical drawing of the packaging to an issued declaration. It is optional — but the inspection authority and recipient then receive both the statement and the design to which it relates in one file. The drawing is included in the PDF and assigned to the document version, so a later design change does not get mixed up with the old declaration.
Bulk declaration for multiple packaging items
One document for multiple packaging items instead of a separate file for each. With a dozen variants of the same carton, that is the difference between one signature and a dozen.
You send the supplier a declaration to complete
Instead of writing an email saying “send something about compliance”, you send a ready-made form with specific fields. The supplier fills it in in the browser, without creating an account, and the response goes straight into the records. You can see who has already replied and who needs a reminder.
