Which language to issue the declaration in

Packaging placed on several markets needs a document that inspections in each of them will understand.

How it works

You enter the data once. You generate the declaration in one of eight languages: Polish, English, German, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Italian and French. The document framework — headings, field names and legal wording — is translated.

Your entries are a separate matter. You can translate material and supplier names, as well as your own notes, in the application; untranslated entries will appear in the document in Polish. The dashboard interface is available in three languages — Polish, English and German — independently of how many languages you issue documents in.

Changing the language shows the completed document immediately, before download. It is worth checking the foreign-language version before sending it — especially fields you completed with your own text.

Which language to choose

Market practice: a document in the language of the country to which the goods are delivered, or in English if they are delivered to several countries. Some recipients have their own requirements in the contract — it is worth checking them before the first inspection.
