What happens to documents sent to the model

A question asked almost every time during implementation, and entirely justified — packaging documentation may be subject to trade secrecy.

What is sent

The content of the document you upload for reading, and the question asked to the assistant together with the part of the record needed to answer it. Nothing else — the record is not sent in full or in the background.

Where to

To the model provider, using your key. This means that the terms you accepted with them apply, not ours. It is worth reading them — they differ between providers, especially regarding the use of data for training.

What we do not do

We do not use your documents to train anything. We do not pass them on. We have no reason to retain them outside your account.

When that is not enough

If your company policy excludes sending documents outside your own infrastructure, leave the key field blank. Without a key, document reading and the assistant are disabled, while everything else — the record, evidence, declarations, export — continues to work unchanged. Values are then entered manually.
