Sending a supplementary declaration to the supplier

The most time-consuming part of preparing a declaration is usually chasing data. An email requesting “documents confirming compliance” lands in a general inbox, passes through three people and returns after two weeks with something that does not answer the question.

How it works

Instead of writing an email, you send a ready-made form from the application. It contains only the fields missing from your records for that particular supplier’s material — not a full questionnaire about everything.

The supplier receives a link. They open it in a browser, complete it and can attach a file. They do not create an account or install anything. The response goes directly into the records, to the relevant material.

What you see on your side

A list of sent requests with their status: sent, opened, completed. You can see who has responded and who has had the request for two weeks without opening it. This allows you to follow up with specific companies instead of sending reminders to everyone.

Several suppliers at once

Requests can be sent in bulk for an entire packaging item or for several packaging items from one supplier. The latter is usually more effective: one message with five items is more likely to receive a response than five separate ones.

When a supplier does not respond

A request does not expire and can be resent. If nothing arrives despite this, you can enter the data manually on the basis of what you have — indicating that it comes from a statement rather than a test. The application distinguishes between these two sources in the declaration.
