How to enter a large item register faster

You add records in the application — there is no CSV file or spreadsheet upload. However, there are several shortcuts, and when dealing with a larger number of packaging items, it is worth knowing them before you start entering everything from scratch.

Duplicating packaging

The quickest route for variants. The copy carries over components, materials and assigned evidence; you only change what differs. It also works between companies on the account.

Wizard from description

You describe the packaging in an ordinary sentence, and the model breaks it down into components and materials. The result is a proposal to review, not a ready-made record — but for a typical design, it removes most of the data entry.

An order that saves time

Add all packaging items at a high level and send suppliers requests to complete them straight away, then return to the details. Suppliers then work in parallel with you, rather than after you.

The other way round

Export is available — you can download material, packaging and declaration records in CSV format. It is useful for reviewing in a spreadsheet and sharing data externally, but uploading a corrected file back is not supported.
